Bibi Bourelly Launched Her Free The Real EP at SOCIETY SESSIONS with Some SOCIETY Custom iRollie Rolling Tray Phone Cases
Bibi Bourelly recently released her latest EP, Free The Real Part 1, at the premiere of her event series, SOCIETY Sessions. This was kicked off in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on May 6th, 2016 with some Custom Limited Edition SOCIETY iRollie rolling tray phone cases.
This one-of-a-kind event showcased world-class musicians that were electrified by an eclectic, diverse, and inclusive crowd in Brooklyn. It was so fucking crazy, the New York Times and a number of other outlets covered the event and Bibi. Bibi headlined, and debuted her acclaimed EP, Free The Real.
Powerful openers set the perfect stage for Bibi’s performance. First, Ye Ali, Indiana born, and now L.A. based, singer-songwriter, performed his fusion of trap, R&B, and soul with tracks like Used Too. Then, the voice of Princess Nokia (Pictured Below) was heard before her slight figure appeared just above the crowd. “My body little, my soul heavy” is an apt summation of this nuanced artist who ranges from bangers like TOMBOY, which had bass and bars heavier than her soul, to tracks such as Young Girls, that is the ultimate empowerment anthem sung over a downtempo electronic beat and tribal chanting. See full bio here. Corey Washington, visual artist, was also showcasing her creativity in this small booth where patrons could draw alongside her.

Bottomline, Bibi curated artists that mirrored her own musical versatility, grit, and range that it would be insulting to try to categorize their types of music. Bibi shut the show down with performances of new songs from the EP, such as What If, Sally, Ego, and others. (See photos for links to specific songs, etc.).
Now, the Bibi SOCIETY is keeping the good times rolled anytime, anyhwere with their own iRollie, rolling tray phone case.
